Michael’s Testimony

It’s not always easy to keep going when things get tough. Sometimes it feels like you’re never making any progress or that there is no point in trying at all. But I want you to know, if you are struggling with something, don’t ever quit on yourself— just don’t! There may be a light at the end of your tunnel waiting for you to reach out and grab onto it. You might just surprise yourself with what happens next.

Like Michael’s story, he began the program when he was at a point in his life where he was about to give up, but he realized and thought ‘why not give it a chance to overcome that feeling and become better because there is nothing to lose by trying.

“Have patience. That’s the biggest thing. Don’t doubt yourself, there’s gonna be days you’re gonna wake up and be like, why am I doing this? Is it even worth it? And then you’re gonna go there, you’re gonna work out and the bad feelings are going to go away.”

At home, he was having difficulty just walking up the stairs. Talking to people, being confident, and not feeling good about himself. He spent the entire day at home, playing video games. It’s that he felt like he’d given up when he saw other people just going out and doing their thing. And it wasn’t exactly where he wanted to be.

The Maximize Life Program has been a life-changing experience for him. He no longer experiences knee or back pain at work, and he’s eating better and feeling better mentally as well. At his heaviest point in the past year, he weighed over 250 pounds; now that he is lighter than 200 pounds again after only a few months on this program, it seems like everything about his life has changed for the better. And if you’re reading this right now with your own weight loss goals in mind, keep going! Don’t give up until you have achieved what you set out to do because things will get easier once they start changing.

In many cases, people find that what was once difficult becomes easier over time as their brain adapts to the change in routine. Not only is there strength in perseverance, but also knowing when enough is enough before your efforts backfire on themselves! Remember you’ve come so far and don’t be afraid of where life might lead if you stay committed through this rough patch or phase. Keep fighting because it could turn out better than expected!
