Being part of the Maximize Life Fitness and Nutrition program was one of the most momentous events of Patasha’s life. She just wants people to understand that it’s not too late. She had given up on herself but now feels like she is the fittest she has ever been in her life at the age of 50. She feels like she is 25 because she never gives up and simply trusts the process.
She started the program because she needed a plan. She started because she wanted to lose fat and build muscle to feel more confident about herself. She feels this will help her keep sickness at bay and add many years of quality to her life. She wants to see her grandchildren and be able to run and play with them.
The program has helped her in more ways than she could have imagined. Now she gets to wear cute clothes that she has always wanted to wear, and she has a lot of energy. She has become very confident and very outgoing.
